Accelerating access for greater equity

Unitaid’s flagship event, this high-level dialogue will focus on our collective efforts to enable access to the most promising advances in global health. The global alliance for local and regional production and innovation: Equity in access

The Government of Brazil, Ministry of Health, in collaboration with Unitaid, will host a high-level luncheon to address the critical need for equitable access to health technologies and innovation by expanding local and regional production, especially in low- and middle-income countries. Accelerating progress and action to close the women’s health gap: Promoting healthy and long lives for women

The dolutegravir story: A decade of access

Ten years after the signing of the licensing agreements between the Medicines Patent Pool and ViiV, and with the support of Unitaid and numerous public health partners, more than 24 million adults and children living with HIV in 128 low- and middle-income countries are on affordable, best-in-class treatment. The dolutegravir story is a film premiere and panel discussion to showcase and learn from the successful collaboration in facilitating access to quality medicines.
